A very cold wintery snowy sunny day...

Salam to all,

              I KNOW, you guys are confused.. thats how i was when i went outside today, it was cold and fresh snow was everywhere.... yet the sun was shining like a nice spring day.. and i could actually feel the sun heat... I actually shoveled THE WHOLE some of the driveway....which reminds me.. I need to workout more often..  ouch..
       
Anyways, we were stuck at home....... So i had to improvise and use what i had in my stockpile to cook tonights dinner...

I ended up making Ma3karona bilbachamel, with 2 roasted cornish hens.. and a salad with my red cabbage and fried wheat pita chips..  Lemon pickles and Olives that my MIL pickled and brought with her from gaza, fresh from their trees.

Of course, I failed to take a picture of the feast.. Since the hungry butterflies in our bellies couldn't wait.. Oh well.. I assure you it was good alhamdulilah..
